Dinagyang Festival 2015 is approaching again and I really miss the true talent and colors of Ilonggos. Let's celebrate for today's issue of Manila Bulletin's Picture Perfect Through the Lens Clearly! by Raffy Paredes. The above photo was my winning photo last year in the Dinagyang Festival 2014 Photography Contest Ati Category, entitled "Iloilo's Warrior" featured today, 6th day of January 2015.
